Following our successful international growth strategy, we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a dynamic Account Manager Housing Netherlands acting from Home Office (remote). As part of the BENELUX sales team, the Account Manager Housing develops and manages customers from the housing and residential sector in the Netherlands. Your role: Acquire, manage and develop customers in the Housing and Residential sector in the Netherlands (e.g. architects, housing associations, modular building companies, main contractors, investors / property developers, distributors, specialised retailers and installers) Proactive sales of the full Gerflor Group product range (incl. flooring, wall protection and accessories) Secure specifications and build a strong project portfolio in the Housing sector Conduct market research, identify customers incl. decision-making structures and define target-oriented sales strategies Provide technical and commercial support throughout the full project life-cycle (from pre-sales to supply) Consult and network with relevant retailers, architects, specifiers, interior designers and installation companies Execute price and segment strategies and implement action plans in close cooperation with Sales Management and Marketing Align and closely cooperate with the Contract Sales team in the Netherlands Report sales activities and market insights in the CRM Attend to events and trade shows Our offer: The opportunity to take over responsibility in a dynamic and successful company Attractive opportunities for personal development and career growth Competitive salary plus benefits and company car

Profil

Educational background in economics/marketing or in a relevant technical field 3+ years of B2B sales experience - preferably in the construction / interior fit-out industry A good understanding of route to market and decision-making structure in construction business A proactive sales approach and self-starter attitude The ability to inspire, influence and manage key stakeholders at senior level Very good communication and negotiation skills Business fluent in Dutch and good English skills in speaking and writing Solid computer literacy (MS-Office, CRM-Systems) Ready to travel around the country
