Following our successful international growth strategy, we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced

Sales & Specification Specialist

based in Budapest Area (acting from Home Office)

In close cooperation with the Country Manager Hungary and the central organisation in France, the Sales & Specification Manager drives forward sales activities in Hungary, establishes customer relations and wins project specifications for Gerflor products.

Your role:

• Develop and manage customers in Hungary to achieve sales targets - with a focus on specifiers, architects, flooring contractors, public authorities, Investors and end-users
• Frequently visit customers and project decision-makers to promote the Gerflor product range (approx. 15-20 visits per week)
• Get the Gerflor products specified across all segments with a certain focus on healthcare and industry projects, but also education, hospitality, retail. Housing, sport and public
• Proactive networking with architects, designers, local authorities, builders, project developers, i.e. any potential decision-makers involved in the specification of the flooring (e.g. trough “Gerflor Academy” sessions)
• Consistent follow-up of projects and specification processes, incl. documentation and tracking in the CRM system
• Provide market research concerning competition, distribution, product trends, standards, etc.
  

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in sales and specification in the building materials industry – ideally within the flooring business
• Experience in working with and through distributors
• Proactive sales approach, self-starter attitude and natural networker – entrepreneurial experience would be a benefit
• Very good self-organisation and planning skills
• Knowledge of CRM systems and structured project follow-up process
• Business fluent Hungarian and good English skills (speaking and writing)
• Driving license
• Willingness to travel in Hungary
  

Le poste est à pourvoir en XXX, à temps plein, à XXXXX. Le salaire sera fonction de votre profil et de votre expertise.

Vous pourrez bénéficier de l’accord de télétravail vous permettant, sous certaines conditions et en accord avec votre manager, de travailler à domicile jusqu'à 2 jours par semaine, dès la fin de la période d'essai.
