As a 1st Party Content Assistant within the Digital Marketing department, you will contribute to the release of digital games and contents as well as the optimization of marketing strategies specific to 1st party platforms (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo). This might also include Transmedia (music, podcasts) content, on platforms like Spotify or YouTube.


As such, and under the responsibility of the 1st Party Content Manager, you will work on the coordination of the digital releases and dedicated Editorial/Content Strategies that match the platforms’ best practices in collaboration with 1 Party Content Specialists. You will also work with other Digital Marketing poles (Creative, Web Marketing, Media Strategy…) to produce content.


Your main responsibilities include (non-exhaustive list):


1 Party Content Guidance:


  • Meet with other teams members to provide marketing advice and guidance on how to carry out the appropriate content and advertising for maximum effect on each channel
  • Work closely with platform holders and the Release Management team to be aware of platforms updates
  • Support competitor research to monitor what other companies are doing and best practices

Release Management:


  • Support the coordination of the Marketing, Release Management and Production teams on all digital releases and ensure their publishing on partner platforms on time
  • Supervise the quality, compliance and delivery times of the metadata and creative assets

Reports on Results & Alerts:


  • Follow Metrics and KPIs regularly (impressions, visits, conversion rates, etc.)
  • Maintain plannings and dashboards to track and quantify the effectiveness of the content activity (number of releases, details by type of content and number of Marketing assets created, metrics of the content pushed on News and Hubs etc.)

Profil

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in Multimedia Project Management, Marketing, Communication or other related topics
  • Project Management and Scheduling skills
  • Ability to provide valuable information related to the project status in a timely and effective manner
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English (French is a plus)
  • Knowledge of the video games industry is a plus
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a team and in autonomy
  • Attention to details including accurate and effective customer marketing

Job location: 15, rue Felix Mangini, 69009 LYON – FRANCE / This position is not eligible to full remote

Start date: starting May 2024

Contract: internship (no work-study program)

Remuneration: dependent on degree level (from 1,000€ up to 1,100€ per month)
