Within the Finance & Supply Chain department, you will report to its Director, and will be part of the 5-person accounting team. You will organize and ensure that accounting processes are working properly, efficiently, and in compliance with the legal environment and the Bandai Namco group rules and procedures.


Your main responsibilities will include (non-exhaustive list):


  • Manage and coordinate AP/AR accounting processes
  • Ensure that financial information (statutory accounts, reportings to the group, reportings to the management and analysis) is reliable and prepared in compliance with legal, JSOX, and internal requirements
  • Ensure that the company is compliant with business tax rules and requirements
  • Implement internal processes, controls, and procedures in order to reduce operational and financial risks (JSOX, fraud, business risks, credit risk, etc.) and participate to the JSOX assessment process
  • Manage the annual financial external audit processes
  • Monitor financial projects (dematerialization, implementation of appropriate tools, etc.)

Profil

  • Qualification specialized in accounting (DSCG, DCG)
  • 3+ years of experience on a similar position
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, tax, and cost control principles
  • Use of an ERP system, especially Oracle is a plus
  • High proficiency in English and French
  • Team spirit & diplomatic skills
  • Organization skills & rigor
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes
  • Ability to identify the priorities
  • Ability to analyze risks to take appropriate decisions

Location: 15 rue Félix Mangini, 69009 LYON (this position is not eligible to full-remote working)

Contract: permanent contract

Start date: asap

Remuneration: fixed compensation and a 13th-month salary
