Position

Au sein de la filiale de distribution France rattachée au siège EMEA, vous intégrez le département Commercial sous la responsabilité d’un Responsable Grand Compte. Vous soutenez les Responsables Grands Comptes dans le développement et l’optimisation du chiffre d’affaires et de la rentabilité des produits vendus par Bandai Namco Entertainment France sur le marché français.


Vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :


  • Participer à la gestion des comptes clients et être en contact avec les différents interlocuteurs chez nos partenaires commerciaux
  • Référencer les nouveautés et optimiser les pages produit en collaboration avec les équipes Marketing et Trade Marketing
  • Compiler les statistiques de ventes clients et compléter nos outils de pilotage et de reporting
  • Analyser les ventes de nos produits et proposer les réapprovisionnements nécessaires
  • Mettre en place les différentes campagnes promotionnelles (définition des références à animer, validation du montant de la promotion, rédaction des contrats de mandat, reporting…)
  • Participer au lancement des opérations commerciales nationales (définition de l’assortiment, mise en place, suivi et reporting)
  • Assurer une veille concurrentielle des actions trade marketing des jeux à succès et faire des recommandations à l’équipe
  • Participer à la négociation des accords et des conditions commerciales avec nos partenaires

Requirements

  • Ecole de commerce, ou formation avec une spécialisation en commerce, gestion de projets…
  • 1ère expérience dans le monde de la distribution est un plus
  • Un intérêt pour les jeux vidéo est un vrai plus
  • Bon niveau d’anglais
  • Maîtrise du pack office, notamment Excel
  • Capacités d’analyses et de synthèse
  • Excellentes capacités de communication
  • Capacités à travailler de manière autonome comme en équipe
  • Humble et curieux
  • Volontaire
  • Bonnes capacités d’organisation
