Position

Rattaché(e) au département Finance & Supply Chain, vous assurerez principalement la prise en charge de la gestion du credit management et de la comptabilité clients. Dans la respect des procédures comptables, internes et des délais impartis, vous supervisez entre autre les processus de facturation, d’encaissement et de relance client pour la partie comptabilité client, ainsi que la gestion relation avec l’assureur-crédit, la détermination des lignes de crédit, ainsi que le déblocage de commandes pour la partie credit management.


En collaboration avec votre équipe, vos missions seront les suivantes (liste non-exhaustive) :


  • Assurer la mise à jour des information financières des fiches clients dans le système d’informations
  • Assurer la comptabilisation des encaissements reçus et effectuer le lettrage des comptes
  • Emettre des factures et des avoirs manuels dans le respect des règles comptables et fiscales
  • Analyser les comptes clients afin de procéder aux relances et déblocages de commandes.
  • Calculer les provisions relatives aux clients douteux, et mettre à jour les dossiers de suivi
  • Interlocuteur privilégié de l’assureur-crédit, suivre le risque et la couverture client
  • Mettre en œuvre les changements nécessaires et projets structurants en lien avec l’amélioration de la qualité de l’information client, et la réduction du risque de crédit.

Requirements

  • Formation de niveau bac +2 en gestion/comptabilité souhaité
  • Expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans la comptabilité auxiliaire et le credit management
  • Connaissances en comptabilité clients (et fournisseurs)
  • Bonne maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique en particulier Excel
  • Connaissance du logiciel ORACLE apprécié (module AR et AP)
  • Niveau d’anglais intermédiaire
  • Capacité à manager une équipe
  • Méthodologie, sens de l’organisation et capacité d’analyse
  • Rigueur, afin de garantir la fiabilité des informations fournies
  • Bon relationnel et esprit d’équipe
  • Réactivité et sens du service
  • Gestion des priorités
  • Volontaire et force de proposition
