Position

Within the Bandai SAS French entity, you join the Corporate Planning department under the responsibility of its Manager. You define and implement digital Marketing Strategies to promote the e-commerce website “Premium Bandai” as well as the corporate website of the company. This versatile position will allow you to work cross functionally and to be involved in missions related to advertising, CRM, and e-commerce fields.


Your main responsibilities will include (non-exhaustive list):


Advertising

  • Build advertising campaigns to promote the e-commerce website Premium Bandai and to increase sales performance based on the Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) Analytics
  • Work alongside internal or external resources to produce the assets for Editorial Content and implement them into Premium Bandai (Graphic design, Photo shoots, video shoots, copywriting, banner)
  • Guarantee the high-quality standards of our editorial creations

CRM

  • Manage and drive all retention campaigns in accordance with GDPR regulations
  • Measure, monitor and optimize the campaigns performances
  • Prepare newsletter contents in our email sending system

E-commerce

  • Work closely with the HQ Marketing department of Premium Bandai in Japan to implement e-commerce strategies into the product marketing plans and to ensure that e-commerce efforts are optimized across websites
  • Assess the competitive landscape by examining the e-commerce strategies of key competitors in the global entertainment field and online retailers, identifying market trends, and best practices that can be applied to our e-commerce sites
  • Analyze merchandising actions to define how the company can best uplift sales
  • Try new sales mechanisms, new competitive advantages, bring ideas to the team; build our own DNA, be different from your competitors
  • Suggests improvements of our websites ergonomics to optimize our customer experience, users’ acquisition, and business conversions

Requirements

  • 5 years minimum of experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on consumer brands within an international environment
  • A work experience in B2C is required
  • Practical experience with multiple marketing tools such as ad effectiveness measurement and CRM, etc.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage budgets and calculate programs ROI
  • Fluency in English and French required, Japanese is a plus
  • Diplomatic and good communicator
  • Proactivity & Curiosity
  • Goals oriented and problem solving
  • Interest and knowledge in Japanese pop culture and toy licenses are appreciated

Contract: permanent contract

Remuneration: fixed compensation and a 13th-month salary
