Poste

You will join the Licensing and Business Strategy Department to maximize business growth and drive brand expansion by establishing a strong network of partners (licensees, retailers, etc.). You will work in an international environment as you will be in contact with Japan teams, U.S.A. team, BNEU & Bandai local offices, in order to create synergies and optimize business opportunities and support brand activities.


Your main responsibilities will be as follows (non-exhaustive list):


  • Identify, negotiate and close deals with strategic partners
  • Create and update on a regular basis sales material (brand decks, sales sheets, catalogue, newsletters etc.)
  • Strategize, lead and manage the licensing program for selected brands
  • Work closely with Finance and Legal teams to ensure timely contract signature process and payments from licensees
  • Monitor forecasting process and licensing business activities (sales tracking, product release schedule, database, IP roadmap etc.)
  • Organize, under the supervision of the Senior Licensing Manager, BNEU’s presence at Trade Shows and attendance of important business events
  • Liaise with licensors for deal and project approval and ensure assets creation and delivery

Profil

  • Business school or college Bachelor or Master’s degree specialized in Sales, Project Management or Marketing
  • Significant experience in sales, in the licensing industry or entertainment industry
  • Deep culture about entertainment industry
  • Fluency in English, other languages are appreciated
  • Excellent sales negotiation, presentation and communications skills
  • Ability to work within a multicultural environment and to understand different business cultures
  • Highly detailed and organized, able to multitask
  • Good prioritization and stress management skills
  • Ability to demonstrate commercial and strategic thinking
  • Proactive, service-oriented and problem solver
  • Excellent communicator, professional and diplomatic

Contract: full time (permanent)

Remuneration: fixed and variable compensation
