Position

Within our EMEA headquarters, you will join the Sales department under the responsibility of our Sales Administration Manager. You will support her in her daily missions, that is to say, provide the subsidiaries with right information that is required for listing our products, and manage the sales lifecycle of our products. Your responsibilities will require you to work with our internal departments (Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.), as well as branches located all over Europe, Australia and New Zealand.


Your missions will include (non-exhaustive list):


  • Update prices and provide all the key information (SKUs, barcodes, etc.) that is required for listing our physical products internally and externally, through suitable tools (ERP, product database)
  • Analyse local forecasts to optimise the SKUs of BOX titles
  • Help the Sales Administration Manager in validating the special price requests by, searching for appropriate information (current pricing, stock levels, sell through numbers, etc.)
  • Provide the Sales Administration Manager with relevant information to prepare internal presentations and meetings
  • Check the application of price markdowns at European and Australian retailers by doing research on internet
  • Participate in tests of the new product database

Requirements

  • Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree majoring in international business
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Organised and paying attention to details
  • MS Office proficiency (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Responsive, able to take initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated
  • Keen to learn and accept constructive feedback

Additional information

Location: 15 rue Félix Mangini, 69009 LYON (this position is not eligible to full-remote working)

Contract: full-time internship for 5-6 months (no work-study program)

Start date: August 2024

Remuneration: dependent on degree level (from 900€ up to 1,100€ per month)
