Position

As a member of the Customer Service Business Development team, you will centralize the information needed to manage sales activities, while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will coordinate the company's various areas of expertise to successfully carry out your missions.

What does the job involve ?


Manage prospect and customer relations.

  • Qualify sales opportunities.
  • Pass on qualified opportunities to sales managers.

Centralize information and documentation

  • Prepare tender response files in liaison with sales managers, customer managers, and in coordination with other departments.
  • Manage administrative and financial files: product registration files in liaison with the customer and internal departments.

Manage customer database

  • Manage customer base via CRM tool
  • Report and analyze sales activity
  • Propose recommendations for optimizing sales processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • Do you have a BAC+2 in business with a specialization in sales?

  • Are you known for your thoroughness, method and organization?

  • Are you known for your customer service skills and excellent interpersonal skills?
