Since 1986, the Nutriset Group has been designing, manufacturing and distributing nutritional solutions to treat and prevent malnutrition in the most vulnerable populations. The Group's Research & Development Department is looking for a Nutrition Project Manager (M/F) to translate science into concrete, pragmatic terms and fuel our innovation strategy in the field of prevention and treatment of the various forms of malnutrition!

As the internal Nutrition Referent for the portfolio of prevention and treatment products for our main beneficiaries (infants and children, pregnant or breastfeeding women), your missions will be as follows:

• Co-construct the nutrition strategy for the treatment and prevention perimeter

• Translate scientific knowledge into "nutritional" specifications serving as a brief for product development, with a constant concern for the best cost/effectiveness balance of the nutritional solution developed.

• Translate product specificities and attributes into technical and commercial arguments for product launches.

As a key contact for our academic partners, with whom we carry out research projects in these fields of nutrition on the subjects of treatment and prevention, your missions will be as follows:

• Co-construct with research partners the nutritional brief for the products to be developed, and coordinate the internal teams in charge of developing and producing our research products.

• Promote the results of the various research projects through new research questions, product innovations or plans to exploit the results.

• Participate in expert networks in line with the Group's Nutrition strategy.

Based in France - Normandy, near Rouen (76), this position requires regular international travel. Telecommuting to be adjusted according to the needs of the department.

• Do you have an Agro Engineering or Nutrition-Health Master's degree?

• Ideally, a PhD in nutrition and health, giving you a thorough understanding of the academic side of nutrition research and the conduct of pre-clinical and clinical studies in this field?

• Do you have successful experience in industry (Food, Pharma or Nutraceuticals) in developing new products and services?

• Do you have at least theoretical if not practical knowledge of malnutrition in developing countries?

• Do you like forming and synthesizing scientific information, to make it accessible?

• Do you speak English and French?
