Since 1986, the Nutriset Group has been designing, manufacturing and distributing nutritional solutions to treat and prevent malnutrition in the most vulnerable populations. Now the world leader in its category, the Nutriset Group relies on its production site in Malaunay and a dozen local producers based as close as possible to the needs in the countries concerned. The Group's Research & Development department is looking for its future Innovation and Product Development Team Leader, who will play a key role in the successful design and implementation of our innovations to address the malnutrition problems of vulnerable populations around the world.

Reporting to the Group's R&D Director, your missions will be to:

• Co-construct with the New Development teams and other R&D or innovation-related functions, the portfolio of impact projects enabling us to realize the ambition of each of our strategic programs.

• Inspire, design and execute innovation projects with a systemic & holistic approach.

• Manage a team of R&D project managers and R&D product technicians, developing the full potential of each individual, nurturing and developing team spirit and solidarity, and building close, trust-based relationships with peers

• Manage the team's technical excellence and robustness by developing processes, tools (digitalization in particular), and capitalizing on know-how.

• Develop excellence in project management within your team.

• Co-construct with the Applied Research Manager the roadmap of technical blocks and new expertise to be developed and outsourced in order to deliver our future innovations.

• Manage resources (budget and resources) and the technical management of projects within your scope.

• Contribute to building and leading the R&D team's vision within the Group.

Based in Normandy, near Rouen (76), this position requires occasional international travel. Telecommuting to be adjusted according to the position.
