Sales Controller DACH (m/w/d).

Als Sales Controller DACH (m/w/d) analysieren Sie die wirtschaftliche Leistung unseres Vertriebs und der Vertriebslogistik – für die Vertriebsorganisation der Gerflor Group in der DACH Region und für eine kleinere Tochtergesellschaft (Webamed-SPM) mit Sitz in Lüdenscheid.

Was erwartet Sie

• Erstellung und Monitoring der Sales Budgets und Forecasts in Zusammenarbeit mit der Vertriebsleitung
• Fachliche Führung von zwei kaufmännischen Sachbearbeiterinnen der Webamed-SPM am Standort Lüdenscheid
• Detailanalyse der Sales Performance (Menge und Preise pro Produkt, Produktgruppe, Vertrtiebssegment, Bruttomargen etc.)
• Profitabilitätsanalysen (IST) und Soll-Kalkulationen auf Basis von Offerten und Forecasts – inkl. der proaktiven Überwachung der laufenden Projekte
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Hochrechnungen unter Berücksichtigung von Sondervereinbarungen, Boni-Rückstellungen und Gutschriften
• Erstellung des Freight Report entsprechend der Gruppenvorgaben
• Kalkulation und Detailanalyse der Frachtkosten
• Ermittlung der performanceabhängingen Marketingbudgets in Absprache mit der Marketingleitung
• Erstellung der relvanten KPI für die Monatsreports sowie ad hoc Analysen entsprechend der Gruppenstandards
  

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre
• Praktische Berufserfahrung im Sales Controlling
• Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Detailorientierung
• Kenntnisse der Bilanz- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
• Kenntnisse in Kostenstellenrechnung
• Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office (insb. EXCEL) sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Warenwirtschafts- und Buchhaltungssystemen
• Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in deutscher Sprache und gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
• Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Tagesreisen (Troisdorf-Lüdenscheid)
